Per is the Global leader of the Technology & Innovation Management practice and a Director in Arthur D. Little’s Gothenburg office. He has many years of experience in management consulting, and has been active in various aspects of Innovation Management across a wide range of industries, such as automotive, manufacturing, telecom, medtech, consumer goods, chemicals, and aerospace. He holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, and Université de Tèchnologie de Compiègne, France and a BSc in Business Administration from Gothenburg University Sweden.

John is the North America Leader of Arthur D. Little's Technology & Innovation Management Practice as well as Managing Partner and Director in Boston. He leads ADL's consulting activities in Innovation, helping senior executives and companies to significantly increase the financial returns from their investments in innovation. His expertise includes designing and implementing innovation management processes, technology commercialization, and maximizing the value of technology portfolios and R&D investments.
John’s experience in Innovation Management spans a wide range of industries including automotive, aerospace, biotechnology, chemicals, consumer goods, energy, financial services, health care, industrial products, medical devices, natural resources, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications. He has led major strategic and technology-based initiatives in North America, Asia, Europe, and Latin America for both private sector and public-sector agencies.
His consulting career with Arthur D. Little began in 1989 where he spent the next decade in a variety of senior management consulting positions. Prior to returning to Arthur D. Little Inc. in 2004, John served as President and Chief Operating Officer of ReasonEdge Technologies, Inc. and as Senior Vice President of Protocare Sciences, Inc.
John holds Masters Degrees from Harvard University and Northeastern University and an AB from the College of the Holy Cross.

Paolo R. Dutto

Paolo is the Head of the Technology and Innovation Management practice in Italy and works as an Associate Director in Arthur D. Little’s Milan office. He has considerable management consulting experience in the automotive, manufacturing, and energy industries. His focus lies on business and product innovation, strategic change management, product development organizational and process redesign, and program management for companies operating in different industries. Paolo holds a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in Italy.

Richard Eagar
Director, Technology & Innovation Management Service Leader

Rick is a Director of Arthur D. Little and head of the UK Technology and Innovation Management practice. He has extensive experience in technology and strategy work across a range of sectors including energy, transport, engineering, food & drink and government. Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Mr. Eagar was employed for nine years as an engineer for an international oil and gas major. Mr. Eagar holds a B.Sc.(Hons.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol. He is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and a member of the Association of Cost Engineers and a Fellow of the RSA. He speaks fluent Dutch as well as his native English.

Richard is a senior associate of Arthur D Little’s worldwide network of specialists in the management of technology, R&D and innovation, and is based in the UK. His chief interests lie in technology strategy, the management and commercial exploitation of R&D, and the organizational and cultural issues involved in technology transfer and in stimulating innovation. He has extensive experience in these areas, having worked for leading corporations in industries such as healthcare, oil and gas, heavy engineering, steel, utilities, semiconductors, and consumer electronics, and for national and regional governments and other public sector bodies. In addition to consulting, Richard holds a part-time position at Chalmers University in Gothenburg, where he directs and teaches on Masters' and executive development programs in technology and innovation management.

Yusuke is based in Arthur D. Little's Tokyo office. His professional focus is on strategic planning and organization. He has major industry experience in the manufacturing and high-technology industries as well as in the automotive industry. Yusuke holds a B.E. in Metallurgy and in Material Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and an M.S. in International Business Management from M.I.T’s Sloan School of Management.

Anders Johansson is Principal in the Arthur D. Little Gothenburg’s office and a member of the global Technology and Innovation Management practice team with responsibility for internal leverage. He has many years of experience in management consulting, and has been active in various aspects of Innovation Management across a wide range of industries, such as automotive, manufacturing, medtech, chemicals and IT. He has also held executive positions in the automotive and medtech industry. Anders holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and an MBA from Gothenburg University.

Volker Kirchgeorg is Pricipal in the Automotive and Manufacturing Practice of Arthur D. Little GmbH in Wiesbaden and a member of the global Technology and Innovation Management practice where he has the responsibility for the Insight management. He has profound consulting and industry expertise at mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and telecommunication. As sales director, head of corporate development, head of Mergers & acquisistions as well as head of thecnology office and head of growth and innovation programmes he has accumulated longtime functional and industry knowledge. Volker Kirchgeorg holds a diploma degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization on production information technology of the Technical University of Munich.

Daniel is Principal at Arthur D. Little’s Gothenburg office and a Member of the Technology & Innovation Management practice with global responsibility for intellectual capital management. His consulting work focuses on Innovation and Technology management, Strategy development and Change management.
He has extensive consulting experience in the automotive, engineering & manufacturing, aerospace, consumer goods, telecom, and health care industries.
Daniel holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology.

Frederik is a Director in Arthur D. Little’s Benelux N.V./S.A. office based in Brussels, and is a member of the Technology and Innovation Management Practice. Most of his work is focused on helping organizations enact the changes required to improve performance and realize their objectives. He has extensively worked in innovation, R&D and technology management, strategy implementation and improving organization development and effectiveness in the chemicals, agriculture, aquaculture, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods industries. He has over 20 years of experience in management consulting.
Frederik studied at Twente University in the Netherlands and at Manchester Business School. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He is fluent in Dutch, English, French and German. He is co-author of the books "Third Generation R&D Management" published by Harvard Business School Press, and "The Innovation Premium" published by Perseus Books.
He regularly teaches Innovation and Technology Management at IMD/ETH/EPL, Theseus (at Sophia Antipolis) and the Solvay Brussels School of the Free University of Brussels.
