Petter is a Director at Arthur D. Little’s office in Stockholm. He is the Global Strategy & Organization and Corporate Finance Practice Leader. He is affiliated to the TIME, Health Care and Public Sector practices. His professional focus is on strategy & organization and financial advice to private equity and industrial investors pre and post transactions (e.g. due diligence, valuation, strategy, change management, post merger integration) and governance issues faced by corporations, investors, governments and multi-lateral organizations. Petter holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Rotterdam School of Management.

Jim is a Principal at Arthur D. Little’s office in Boston, MA and has extensive experience working across the biopharmaceutical, consumer goods, food and beverage, and technology industries. His professional focus is centered on developing corporate strategies, managing technology and innovation, enhancing organizational performance, and evaluating growth opportunities to maximize the value of commercial activities and R&D investments. Jim holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a Bachelors from the University of California at Davis.

Daniel is a Principal in Arthur D. Little's Global Energy Practice, and Leader in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From there and from Madrid he has provided assistance on organization, strategy and corporate finance to both regional and international energy, oil and gas companies in Europe, Latin America, USA, Middle East and Africa. Daniel has been involved in the deregulation of energy industry and the privatization of the national oil and gas distribution companies in South America, Jordan and Colombia. He has also been in charge of many assignments in the oil & gas industry, developing competences models, assessing executives and recommending salary and compensation schemes. In addition, Daniel has helped LPG, LNG, E&P, refining and fuel distribution and retail marketing companies in developing their international strategies, feasibility studies, valuations, economic analysis, due diligences and balance score card systems. He graduated as industrial engineer from the National University of Buenos Aires, and holds an MBA from the Universidad del Salvador/Universidad de Deusto. Salman Ali is a Principal in Arthur D. Little’s Madrid office, is a member of the Global Strategy & Organization Practice and responsible for Travel and Transportation activities in Spain. Mr. Ali holds a B.Eng. (Honors) degree in Mechanical Engineering and a M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, University of London.

Jan is the Head of the Strategy and Organization practice in Nordic and has extensive experience consulting for the leading private equity and venture capital funds, as well as other investors in Nordic and elsewhere. He has worked in the areas of strategy development and implementation, due diligence, merger and acquisitions, and performance management. He has also worked extensively in the areas of turnaround and performance management in various industries. His industrial experience spans over a wide area of manufacturing and process industries.

Daniel Deneffe is located in our Brussels Office. Daniel has more than 14 years of management consulting experience. His primary focus is in marketing & sales excellence, price and margin management, and growth strategy. He has applied his expertise across many industries, ranging from commodity chemicals and cement to highly specialized medical devices. Daniel is a former Professor in Strategy at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University.

François Deneux is a Director of Arthur D. Little in France. He has more than 20 years experience in strategy and management consulting. François has developed expertise in Strategy, Development Strategies (especially for small companies), Organizational optimization, Technologies assessment and change management.
He is the co-founder and member of the board of two biotech companies.
Before joining Arthur D. Little, François worked for two years in an affiliate of BNP Paribas in Turkey (Ottoman Bank).

Bonjoon is a Principal and head of the S&O practice at Arthur D. Little's office in Seoul. Bonjoon has extensive experience both as an aeronautical engineer at Samsung and as a consulting professional at Arthur D. Little. He has served major clients in diverse industries, namely; hi-tech and manufacturing, engineering and construction, consumer products / food & beverages. Bonjoon's work focuses on strategy formulation and implementation, organization redesign and process innovation. He also has a strong track record in due diligence, M&A strategy and PMI projects. Bonjoon holds an MBA from University of Chicago and BS/MS from Seoul National University.

Thomas Kuruvilla is the Managing Director of Arthur D. Little, Middle East. Thomas is also the Head of the Strategy and Organization practice in South East Asia and Middle East.
Thomas has extensive consulting and operational experience in the Middle East, Europe and South East Asia in the areas of strategy development and implementation, due-diligence, merger and acquisitions, and performance management. He has also worked extensively in the areas of turnaround and performance management in various industries.

Wilhelm is Central Europe Strategy & Organization and Corporate Finance Practice Leader with considerable consulting experience. He is also affiliated to the Chemicals, Manufacturing and the Consumer Goods & Retail practices. Wilhelm holds a Beverage Engineering Degree and a Master of Business Administration.

Thiemo Rehlaender is Director in Arthur D. Little's Zurich office and heads our Financial Services activities worldwide while also being responsible for all Strategy & Organization related matters in the Swiss market.
He has more than thirteen years of consulting experience internationally, and has been based in Germany, the United States, and Switzerland. Thiemo focuses on strategy development, organizational design and restructuring, innovation management, knowledge management, and corporate venturing.
Thiemo studied Business Administration at the Otto-von-Guericke University in Magdeburg, Germany, and holds an MBA from the R.H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, USA, where he studied as a Fulbright scholar. He speaks fluent English and German and also has a working knowledge of Russian.

With considerable experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries, Thomas’s professional focus lies on M&A, strategy and organization, marketing and sales improvement. He holds an MBA and a PhD in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Makoto is Principal in Arthur D. Little’s office in Tokyo. He leads the Strategy & Organization and Corporate Finance practice in Japan. Utilizing his past working experience in leading global private equity firms, he focuses on M&A strategy, due diligence, post-merger integration, turnaround strategy, and international management for private equity firms and corporate. Makoto holds an MBA from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and a BSc from Tokyo Institute of Technology.

Mario is Managing Director in Arthur D. Little's office in Italy and has extensive experience in management consulting. His primary focus area is expertise in Strategy and Organization and he has worked with most Italian Companies. Mario is a graduate of Politecnico of Milan, where he obtained a degree in Engineering.

Michael is a Director at Arthur D. Little Central Europe, based in the Düsseldorf office. He is a member of the Global Strategy & Organization and Corporate Finance practice and is also affiliated to the Financial Services practice. His professional focus is on providing transaction support to industrial and Private Equity investors (e.g. M&A strategy, target selection, due diligence, pre-merger planning, and post-merger integration) as well as corporate and business unit strategy development. Michael holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Diploma in Business Administration from Hamburg University.

Gregory Venters is a Principal of Arthur D. Little based in London, UK. He is working extensively in strategy, marketing, and innovation in banking, consumer goods, food & beverage, retail and business services. Before joining Arthur D. Little, Gregory was responsible for the global market development strategy of a major retailer. Gregory holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh.
