Carsten Vollrath is Managing Director Arthur D. Little (Switzerland) Ltd. and Global Practice Leader Operations Management based in Zürich. He has several years of industrial and consulting experience in the following industries: Automotive & Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer, Energy as well as Travel/Transport/Logistics.
His main consulting focus is on Performance Excellence Programs in the areas of Operations Strategy, Total Value Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics and Manufacturing. He is a specialist for the execution of operational programs with sustainable short-term effects on efficiency and quality improvement as well as cost reduction and is author of numerous publications in influential daily and specialised press as well as congressional and seminar presentations.
Carsten holds a Masters degree in business administration from the University of Cologne and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Vallendar-Germany.
Carsten Vollrath is author of numerous publications in influential daily and specialised press as well as congressional and seminar presentations.

Raymond is based in our office in Paris. His professional focus lies on industrial strategy and organization, restructuring, global efficiency programs, operations and supply chain management, R&D organization and product development in the automotive industry. Raymond is a French Civil Mines Engineer specialized in metallurgy with a 37 years industrial operational and consulting experience.

Kurt is a Principal based in China, where he is in charge of Arthur D. Little's Shanghai office. With numerous years of consulting experience, he has supported both global and national energy utilities in Europe and in Asia, covering various assignments in strategy & organization as well as in operations management. Specific areas of expertise include market strategy, organization diagnostic, post-merger integration, risk and portfolio management, strategic sourcing, and performance improvement. Kurt holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics from the K.U.Leuven as well as an MBA from Cornell University. He speaks fluent Dutch, French, and English, and is proficient in German.

Tony Court

Tony is a Director in Arthur D. Little's London office and has considerable consulting experience in the international oil and gas industry. His primary focus areas are performance improvement and organizational design. Tony has worked in both the upstream oil and gas and downstream sectors, delivering sustainable change. Tony is a graduate of Loughborough University and has an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Mr. Bo Lenerius is Managing Director of ADL Nordic and UK. His professional focus is Operations strategy, Supply chain management, Working capital efficiency and Product development effectiveness. He has extensive experience from Automotive, Manufacturing, Telecom and Consumer goods industries around the world.

Bernd Schreiber is Director in the Operations Management Practice of von Arthur D. Little Central Europe. Mr. Schreiber has 18 years of industry and consulting experience in Performance Improvement and Operations Strategy covering both manufacturing and service industries. For the time being Mr. Schreiber is responsible for the Benchmarking-Study 'Supply Chain Performance Excellence'. In the service industries Mr. Schreiber supports our clients along their entire supply chain on their way to Operative Excellence.

Juan Vera is Principal at Arthur D. Little's office in Madrid. His work focuses in strategy assessment and the hands-on operational implementation of the designed strategies. Both are fields in which he has been supporting leading companies on the telecom, media and adjacent industries for over seven years. Juan has also four years of prior industry experience on the international oil & gas industry. Holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and a PDD from IESE.

Marco is based in our office in Milan. He has major consulting experience in supply chain management, procurement excellence and strategic change management in the aerospace and defence, telecoms, postal services and pharma and health care businesses. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master in Business Administration from the Politecnico di Milano.
