Klaus’ strengths are in the design and implementation of value growth strategies, the anticipation and design of innovative business models, programs and initiatives to improve the 'go-to-market' approach and maximizing operational excellence. He has worked for high-tech companies and institutions across Europe primarily in telecoms (wireline / wireless, ISP), media, equipment and private equity groups.

Giancarlo is located in our Rome Office and is responsible both for the TIME and Automotive Practices of Arthur D. Little Italy. During the last 20 years Giancarlo has assisted relevant Telecommunication, Media and Automotive players in their strategy decisions (regulatory positioning, turn-around plan, pricing and costing strategy) and performance improvement programs (retail network optimization, customer experience excellence programs, performance model design, profitability analysis). Giancarlo holds a degree in Economics from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome.

Erik is a Director at Arthur D. Little Nordic, based in the Stockholm office. He leads the Nordic TIME (Telecommunications, IT, Media and Electronics) and FSG (Financial Services) practices. He is also a member of the Global TIME and Global FSG Practices and is Global Head of Marketing for the FSG practice. His professional focus is strategy & organization. During many years as a professional adviser Erik has assisted a range of leading Northern European telecom, financial services and private equity players on strategy, operational improvements and M&A related activities. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Ignacio is affiliated to the Strategy, Organization & Corporate Finance Practice and to the TIME practice. His professional focus is on strategy formulation for high tech companies and network industries in fast moving or uncertain environments. His other main areas of involvement are growth strategies, strategic marketing, transaction services and post merger integration. Ignacio holds an MSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an EMIM (Hons) (European Master's in Management) from ESCP/EAP - the European School of Management in Oxford, Madrid and Paris. He is fluent in Spanish, Dutch, English, French and German.

Diethard Buehler is the Managing Director of Arthur D. Little Central Europe. He has considerable experience in management consulting and is active in the areas of development and implementation of business unit strategies, organizational development, as well as marketing, product management, and sales management, change management projects, transformation and turnaround programs. He has worked in several industries on restructuring and strategy assignments, but has a special focus on the TIME (Telecommunications, IT, Media, Electronics) industries. He has specific, relevant work experience in Australia, North America, and all across Europe. Diethard, a qualified attorney-at-law, studied Law at the University of Hamburg, Germany and at l´ Université de Lausanne, Switzerland; he holds a PhD from the University of Hamburg, and an MBA from the University of San Francisco, USA.

Yusuke is based in Arthur D. Little's Tokyo office. His professional focus is on strategic planning and organization. He has major industry experience in the manufacturing and high-technology industries as well as in the automotive industry. Yusuke holds a B.E. in Metallurgy and in Material Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and an M.S. in International Business Management from M.I.T’s Sloan School of Management.

Thomas Kuruvilla is the Managing Director of Arthur D. Little, Middle East. Thomas is also the Head of the Strategy and Organization practice in South East Asia and Middle East.
Thomas has extensive consulting and operational experience in the Middle East, Europe and South East Asia in the areas of strategy development and implementation, due-diligence, merger and acquisitions, and performance management. He has also worked extensively in the areas of turnaround and performance management in various industries.

Juergen is located in our office in Wiesbaden. The focus of his consulting work lies in the development of segement and product strategies and the development and optimizaiton value chain partnerships. He has lead major projects within the telecoms and media world. Jürgen has studied in Mannheim, Germany as well as in Birmingham, UK. He holds a Master in Business administration.

Mark Mulcahey

Mark is Managing Director of Arthur D. Little UK and the head of the UK TIME practice. Mark’s work focuses on corporate strategy and development in the telecoms and media sectors with particular emphasis on product and service innovation and media mobile market entry. Mark’s position at ADL builds upon considerable experience in innovation consulting and telecommunications; previously Mark led a boutique innovation company in the UK and China, established the China office of CSMG Adventis and for eight years led the European business of CSMG.

Jesús is located in our office in Madrid. The focus of his consulting work is on strategy development, marketing & sales management, and due diligence. He has broad industry experience in the manufacturing, aeronautic, energy/ utility, IT, telecommunication sectors. Jesús is an Aeronautical Engineer from Madrid Polytechnic University and holds an MBA from ICADE, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.

Karim Taga is Managing Director Austria. He specializes in telecommunications and is a member of the TIME (Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media and Electronics) practice. He is also head of the TIME practice in Austria. Karim received a Master of Science Degree in 1989 from the Ecole Supérieure de l'Energie et des Matériaux, Orléans France with a master thesis accomplishment at the University of California Berkeley. While a research assistant at the Vienna University of Technology he developed an infrared fiber optical sensor. He received his Ph.D. in 1992 followed by an MBA in International Business from the Webster University St Louis Mi in 1993. Karim speaks French, Arabic, English and German.
